What are the benefits of registering on the web site?
Upon free registration, you can access to your account, where it is possible to manage the orders, modify the personal data for the invoice and the shipment, as well as to change the password and subscribe to the newsletters.

How can I register my account?
To create an account, click on “Register” on the top right of the homepage, or subscribe after adding the articles to the basket. Follow the instructions filling in all the mandatory fields.

How can I find my ID and password if they are lost?
If the password has been forgotten, click on “Login” and then “Forgot your Password?”. A new password will be created and sent to your e-mail address.

Is it possible to order without being registered?
After adding the items to the basket, you can choose whether to create a personal account or keep on the purchase as a guest.

How do I order?
Choose the items you wish to buy and click on “Add to cart” to fill up your basket. Do not forget to complete the mandatory fields about your car. Then click on “Checkout” and choose whether to create a personal account or keep on the purchase as a guest.

How long does it take before my order is processed?
All the orders we receive are usually processed in one working day.

How do I know whether my order has been accepted or not?
If your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you wrote while registering.
Otherwise, if you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us quickly.

What can I do to cancel or modify my order?
In order to get an order cancelled or modified, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or by phone. We will stop the shipment immediately.

Does the seller issue an invoice or a receipt?
Every purchase done on Myautoshop.eu is always invoiced. If you have a TVA number, it will be in the invoice.


PAYMENT

How do I pay?
We accept payments by credit card and Paypal. If you do not have a registered account, you can make the payment with a credit card on the Paypal circuit page that will appear during the purchase.

Are payments made by credit card at risk?
Payments issued by credit card are never at risk. The credit card’s data (number and expiry date) are not recorded by our site; they are encoded and sent to the secure socket layer (SSL), which uses the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The encryption ensures that no one can read it as it travels over the Internet.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
All the prices you can see on Myautoshop.eu are inclusive of VAT.

How do I use the discount code?
When available, you can tape the discount code in the field you find on the basket page.


DELIVERY

How long does it take to have the parcel delivered?
The parcel is delivered in 3-4 working days form payment’s receipt.
“Delivery time” means the period spent from the time Myautoshop.eu gives the parcel to the courier to the time the parcel is delivered to the Customer.

Are shipments insured?
All our shipments are insured at 100%.

How can I check the status of my parcel?
The day after the parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the link to follow your shipment.

What happens if I am out when the courier makes the delivery?
If the courier cannot find anyone at the address you gave us, he leaves a notice with all the details of the parcel.
It is up to the addressee to get in touch with the delivery company in order to arrange a new time.

Is it possible to make an appointment with the courier?
It is not possible to make a delivery by appointment.
You can put a note explaining that you wish to be contacted before the delivery. In this case, we will give your phone number to the courier and you will receive a more detailed e-mail with all the information about your parcel.

What should I do at time of delivery?
At delivery, in the presence of the courier, please check that the parcel is undamaged, not wet or faulty.
If the parcel is damaged, the Customer has either to refuse it, or accept it with reserve, by writing down on the delivery card that the parcel has been accepted with reserve and what is wrong with it.
If the Customer collects the package and signs for it WITHOUT RESERVE, the Courier will no longer take charge of any damage occurred during transport, even found afterwards. In that case, we will no longer be able to refund any damages occurred during the parcel transport.


NON CONFORMING ITEM AND RETURN

What can I do if the delivered item is not the one I ordered?

If you receive an item which is not what you ordered, you must tell us within 10 days from the receipt by e-mail or by phone. The replacement will be made for free. In case of return, the product must be returned in the original box.

What can I do if I have ordered an item which is not suitable to my car?
If you order an item which is not suitable to your car (customer mistake), you must tell us within 10 days from the receipt by e-mail or by phone, in order to have the right of withdrawal. In case of return, the product must be returned in the original box.


GUARANTEE

What guarantee applies to the products?
All the products sold on the web site Myautoshop.eu have a two-years guarantee, except for the roof boxes (five-years guarantee) and the FARAD roof bars (three-years guarantee).
To exercise this right, you must tell us the invoice number you received with the parcel.
If a product turns out to be defective in the period covered by the guarantee, it will be repaired or replaced for free, except for the shipping cost, because the guarantee is ex-works.
